Raw or undercooked eggs can contain harmful bacteria, such as salmonella, which can cause food poisoning.
3. Raw Seafood

4. Unpasteurized dairy products
Unpasteurized dairy products can contain harmful bacteria, such as listeria, which can cause severe illness and miscarriage.

7. Excessive Caffeine
