If you have multiple young children or twins, triplets or quads at home, chances are you’ll find it logistically challenging to head out with them on days when the adults are outnumbered. In this Spotlight article, you'll meet Norana – a super cool mum of five kids (a teen boy, followed by tween boy, and triplet toddler girls in Singapore – who’d like to share thoughts on her wagon with us.

Hey fellow parents! It's Norana, a blissful mom of triplets with two older children. Today, I want to share my thoughts on the W4 Elite Quad Stroller Wagon in Charcoal Gray by Wonderfold. Let's dive in!

To be honest, I wasn't a fan of wagons before.

They seemed bulky and heavy, and I was all about my trusty Zoe Trio Stroller. But then, the rainy school days happened, and everything changed!

Weighing in at 27 kg and accommodating up to 136 kg in capacity, the W4 Elite Quad Stroller Wagon is a powerhouse. Rayyan, my older child, even joins the triplets in the wagon at times! Car seat compatibility? Nope, but it's not an issue for us. Seats recline, raise, or vanish, letting kids stand, lounge, or cross-legged chill. Sure, it's not feather-light, but it's a compartment paradise.

Here are some other features I love about the W4:

  • Raised seats for up to 4 children – perfect for families with many kiddos! Or even for going out together with a furry friend
  • One-step foot brake that’s easy to use
  • 5-point safety harnesses with pads for each seat
  • Adjustable handlebar for caregivers of varying heights
  • Removable canopy with adjustable fabric for sun protection
  • Zipper door in the front
  • Folds relatively easily and the folded wagon stands on its own

Now, with the rainy season, I'm buying raincoats for our two domestic helpers who take the triplets to school daily. We are all so glad to be over umbrella juggling days. Aside from school runs, this wagon is a gem for outdoor strolls in Singapore at places such as Sentosa, East Coast Park, and our neighbourhood parks. It comes with great wheels, hence it's easy breezy on sand and grass, though I'd have to say it’s not the best for the occasional narrow shops or lifts in malls.

As for transportation, do ensure that your vehicle can fit the folded wagon if you’re intending to drive out to places with the W4. I believe some parents might find it difficult to hoist and stow the folded W4 into the car boot when solo though, so do keep that in mind.

As for the cost, getting it in Singapore wasn't a breeze. I ended up purchasing this directly from the US, with Vpost to the rescue. The wagon itself cost $699 and the delivery fee was $639, which brings us to a total of $1580. The last time I checked, Amazon listed it at $2400, though I also found another link that sold the same original model for $1677. Heads up – prices are likely different now, so do your research!

Yes, the price is rather steep, but I personally see it as an investment.

A few of the triplet moms in Singapore I consulted also swore by it until their children completed kindergarten (kids get shy by primary school, you know!).

TL;DR? Here’s my pro con list:

Pros – Convenient, great for rainy days, great wheels for stability, easy to control
Cons
– Price point, heavy to lift alone

In conclusion, yes I highly recommend the Wonderfold W4 Elite Quad Stroller Wagon to fellow mums of multiples or multiple toddlers!
